Professional and throughly enjoyable. Representive was extremely knowledgeable. What I thought would take along time actually went fairly fast.

Had an issue with the wrong phone being ordered originally. They sent the phone back and reordered the correct one with no up charge to me. Overall good experience.

Just want you know that Tu Shaddon working as an interim Verizon in Pagosa Springs Colorado. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. He is one of the most patient and productive people I have ever had the privilege of working with. Laurie Breckenridge

WOW, the worst service, Ive ever encountered. The lady from Durango deleted all my old data, knowing I didn't have my old phone, and told me it would be ok. and then locked up after I left.

First visit last month, 2 young ladies whose phones were more important than me. Finally asked a question and abruptly told to go back to Kansas where I got the phone. would not answer any questions for me.

Visit today at 10:10 (open at 10 supposedly). Was told from a waiting customer they would open after they counted the cash drawer.

Don't waste your time ... Go to Durango. At least they act like they care
