So just to share a little of my experience with XYZ. This is the first time in 50 plus years that I've used a storage facility and it is tremendous. The service is amazing, the people are friendly, the facility you can eat off the floors. Everything they say they're going to do, they deliver. I highly recommend you work with XYZ.
By XYZ Storage Toronto Downtown on October 4, 2021
Hi Ian, thank you very much for being a valued XYZ Storage customer and for leaving us such an amazing review of our Toronto Downtown facility!
By Christine Kim on October 26, 2026 Verified by Google
On my moving day, access to the storage facility was unexpectedly complicated by road closures due to a marathon. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially Carlos, who stayed beyond his regular hours to ensure the doors remained open for our very large moving truck.
As everyone knows, moving can be incredibly stressful, and their flexibility, and willingness to help made a difficult situation so much easier. This level of customer service is rare these days and truly deserves recognition. A heartfelt thank you to Carlos and the entire team for making a stressful day a little less stressful. Highly recommend!
By XYZ Storage Toronto Downtown on October 28, 2026
What a difference that kind of flexibility can make on a moving day. We’re so glad our team could help keep things moving, especially with the marathon road closures and a large truck to work around. Carlos will be thrilled to hear your kind words, and we’ll make sure the rest of the team sees this too. Wishing you an easier unpacking from here.

Very easy to manage the storage, the only thing is making sure you know when you’ll need after hours access since it has to be requested
By XYZ Storage Toronto Downtown on October 21, 2026
Thanks for pointing that out. We’re glad the storage was easy to manage, and we’ll keep that after-hours access step in mind so it’s clearer when needed.

Tip: If you want to access later than closing you have to call ahead during office hours. Otherwise really easy drive in experience and very clean
By XYZ Storage Toronto Downtown on October 21, 2026
Thanks for the helpful tip and the kind words. We’re happy the drive-in was easy and that everything felt very clean, and we’ll keep that access note in mind.

Fantastic service from the front desk staff and super smooth storage experience. Provided dollies and easy to access loading zones were a lifesaver.
Heads up: you have to request after hours access in advanced for your gate code to work. I wasn’t told this when I moved in and it came as a surprise when I was trying to grab something after hours. Other than that, no complaints.
By XYZ Storage Toronto Downtown on October 8, 2026
We’re grateful for the kind words about our front desk team and the smooth move-in experience, especially that the dollies and loading zones made things easier. The after-hours gate code note is helpful too, and we can see how that surprise would be frustrating when you needed access. We’ll make sure that request process is clearer going forward, and if anything else comes up, we’d like to help.
