We had such a great experience with Feline Inn. It was our first time using a service like this but Melanie made us feel so safe and heard! Our Mochi came back sweeter and more regulated. Melanie made sure to send us photos and updates regarding our cat as well. She also gave us a free cat toy :)

We couldn’t have been happier with our experience at A Feline Inn. We left two of our cats with them while out of the country for 10 days, and were pretty nervous as it was our first time boarding our cats. Melanie took such great care of them, was super responsive any time we reached out to check in, and sent pictures of them enjoying their time in their little cat hotel. They came back well taken care of. We will definitely be using A Feline Inn again in the future.

Had a great experience with A Feline Inn.

I had to go for a month, and over the course of that time, Mel kept me updated with how my senior cat was doing. When she was unwell, they checked in to see if they should take her to the vet, which of course, I wanted.

They cared for her like she was their own, and I returned to a healthy, happy kitty.

Exceptional service, 10/10 would recommend

Melanie was a pleasure to deal with, she made me feel confident leaving my precious fur-baby in her hands! She was great for communication and changing drop off times. She showed me where the cats stay while they are with her and it’s amazing! She checked in with me regularly and sent me cute photos and updates while I was away.

I cannot recommend A Feline Inn enough! Melanie was so wonderful to deal with and was so prompt to answer any burning questions I had as this was my first time sending my cat away out of necessity. Also going away for more than a week without my phone, I was worried about any issues that would arise in my absence, but Melanie was so thorough and did everything to give me peace of mind. I returned to pick up my little Blue a week and a half later and she seemed so healthy and happy! Melanie is so reasonable with her services and is so understanding, even with last minute calls. She will definitely be my go to from here on out!
