I own Sparkle kleen carpet cleaning and needed my roof done, I'll be honest never called for estimates just went by word of mouth and the reviews I read. Peter came to my home within 2 days really nice fellow was at the end of my work day to accommodate my schedule.Within 7days had me booked in him and his crew showed up early and his crew was young but man did they giver all day like 12 hours straight!!! I'm more than a little OCD and that night and the next morning reviewed the job AMAZING WORK. My friends called and said wow that looks so good give me his number I said here's his card and I will give Peter's card to my clients throughout the year and be happy to refer Peter. I have no idea what the poor review is over but they just did our roof at 1920 Maple and did an amazing job. We got a number of estimates and theirs was the most reasonable. He and his crew were workmanlike, arrived on time, provided the materials and service quoted and cleaned up so well that you wouldn't even know they were ever there.

There is a reason this guy is not busy while all other companies are. Called him as a last resort after reading a couple positive reviews. I should have gone with my gut as I got totally scammed

Terrible customer service.
I had a roof installed last spring, and found the back shingles curling and lifting in the early fall. I called and they said they would return in the spring. After many calls and email they returned for about 15 minutes. It is still curled and lifting and they do not respond to my calls. It is now mid July and I am at the end of my rope with this company.
