ORIGINS Pharmacy can produce unique dosage forms based on patient preferences and/or restrictions. Examples include dye-free, preservative-free, alcohol-free, and/or sugar-free forms of medications, as well as various medications at our fertility pharmacy. Many compounds are specialized medication combinations or compounded in other forms that are not otherwise commercially available. Our compounding professionals can formulate suitable medications as sublingual drops, oral and nasal sprays, lollipops, rectal solutions and suppositories, and other customized dosage forms.
