CALL CORPORATE! That's the only way to get things to move at all. After literally months of the local MD office ignoring my pleas, never returning promised phone calls and emails, and ghosting me on my order, I finally figured out how to get to someone competent at the GA office (I believe that's corporate). I have a direct number, if anybody wants to PM me.
How @Samsung continues to use this company for logistics is beyond me, they must be cheaper than a free giveaway or you would think Samsung would prioritize the experience of their own customers. As clearly indicated by the lowest rating I've ever seen on Yelp, this company is not legitimate.
It is unfortunately not possible to give less than one star, but this company has earned a negative number, not even a zero. I'm sympathetic to delays, but 3.5 months without any contact that wasn't initiated by me and I am still waiting. To all business owners out there: delays are inevitable but communication is imperative.
Worst excuse for a business I've ever encountered. stay far away if you can, and for me, that means going further upstream. I will literally never buy Samsung again simply to avoid this disastrous experience.
I purchased my items 3.5 months ago in late November and am still waiting.
