I started my Real Estate career in 2004 after assisting a top-producing agent two years prior. That experience and knowledge helped me immediately build my business. What makes me excited and thrive in my career is a Commitment to You! I have great customer service skills and follow-through to see that you are well taken care of during the process of buying or selling your home. My marketing background also helps with finding the best strategy for you during the buying or selling process. For buyers, I welcome those desiring the coastal lifestyle and will take the time to get to know your needs and desires in a home, negotiate to get you the best possible deal and help ease your way through the buying process. For sellers, I provide ongoing communication, public outreach, and getting your home as much exposure to get you the buyer. All in all, you can be assured you are in good hands with fabulous help through your process of a real estate purchase or sale. Before my Real Estate career, my background was in marketing, advertising, and customer service while at Nestle USA and a local County planning organization, the Association of Monterey Bay Area Governments. As a child, I witnessed my family's work in the Real Estate industry with my father in construction management. I can relate with many out-of-town buyers/sellers since I am originally from the Central Valley (Fresno) and a graduate with a Business Degree from Fresno State University. If you have any questions about the Real Estate market in the Fresno area I would be happy to help. As an added incentive to my business, my husband can also provide great help/value to you! Mark Sarsfield, is a Mortgage Consultant at Bay Federal Credit Union and can assist buyers and sellers with their financial/lending needs. Visit www.bayfederal.com to learn more. On a Personal Note; I live in the Rio Del Mar area. My two young boys and two large breed dogs keep me very active! When not chasing them around, I have a love for running! If you ever are in need of information about local running trails, dog and cat services, or upcoming community events just ask! Read more
