What a treasure! Olivia's was recommended to us by a friend and we are so glad we went. We were greeted by Olivia herself when we walked in. Extremely friendly and personable, we felt at home right away. The food was fantastic too! The Chile rellenos are made fresh daily in house, and it shows! Very good! Chips and salsa was fantastic too! My husband was very happy they had Corona non-alcoholic beer too. We will be back!

The food is good...
We visited the place on a Sunday morning,
We felt a bit rushed to order and when we wanted to change tables, I was told that there would be an event going on on that section, how, no signage was in place
I had a short conversation with Olivia (the restaurant owner). She seems like a very sweet and understanding person.
All in all, it's a nice place to have a nice, great tasting breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Olivia’s Mexican Restaurant in Riverside is an absolute gem. From the moment I walked in, the customer service by Mario was top notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell right away that they take pride in what they do.

They started us off with chips and salsa- which was absolutely delicious. After, they took our order. The food came out incredibly fast (ordered the Huevos a la Mexicana w/ chorizo), which I really appreciated, and everything tasted amazing. Fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. It’s one of those places where you can feel the passion behind every dish.

Another big plus is the convenience—there’s plenty of parking in the back, along with an entrance there, which makes it super easy to get in and out without dealing with front street traffic.

I love supporting local businesses, especially when they deliver this level of quality and service. Olivia’s definitely stands out, and I’ll be coming back again without hesitation.

The service is amazing! We had a party of 12, the restaurant was super busy but everyone was so attentive! I think Olivia herself was at the front desk and later I saw her rolling napkins.
I had the chile verde, was really tasty but we could feel some fat. I had the carnitas tacos too and that was amazing. The shrimp burrito looked good too.
Will definitely come back if I am around town.
