I have been a patient of Dr. Fetouh for over a year due to a car accident. At my last follow up appt. with Dr. Fetouh on March 23, 2021 he told me to call his office to request a pain patch called Butrans for my Thoracic pain. I have been calling many times to ask for the prescription he offered to to send to my pharmacy but all I get are recordings. Does anyone ever call patients back or am I suppose to just remain in pain 24/7? 😭 I am in excruciating pain and no one calls me back. Could someone PLEASE help me?
