Went in drive through yesterday afternoon and ordered a smoothie ans peanut butter toast. She burned my toast and with no gloves on i watched her scrape the burnt off and gave it to be.. i was already having a bad day so i just left with it. Would you want someone to give you burnt toast if your paying for it?
I am sticking to tropical smoothy for now on.

Super nice people - super good smoothie. Very high protein friendly. What’s crazy is how much better this place is as far as workers AND nutrition for you than tropical fruit smoothie. Who knew

i’ve visited this location several times- in the past month i have ordered very simple one item orders, and every time my order has been incorrect. i paid for peanut butter and received none, another occasion i got the peanut butter added to my bowl… for it to be smeared all over the outsides of my bowl. the employees here don’t use gloves and have remnants of food on their hands when passing out orders. today i placed a large online order and my açai bowl was left off the order. when it was picked up, an employee handed the order out and wished a good day. when i called to tell them it was left off of the order, i was told it was my fault that the order was sitting on the counter when that was not the case; an employee handed the order directly to me. the employees/manager had a very dismissive attitude and didn’t offer to make things right and even expressed that i had to come back to the store for a cash refund. not to mention while i was there, the employee taking drive-thru orders was speaking about the customers in a very demeaning manner. as a restaurant manager myself, i am very disturbed by the lack of customer service and their response to mistakes. i would not recommend this location but would hope that the correct training may be given to the people working.

Stopped by with granddaughter to get a smoothie and tried their avocado and egg toast. It was really good! Will definitely order another!
