Have a building with three 20 X 23 foot doors which have been nothing but problems since they were installed. Installation was done incorrectly which is no big surprise because there was a salesman and truck driver and lord knows who else assembling hinges and rollers on the panels; operators were installed incorrectly and springs not correctly tensioned to assist operation. Pat Laforge I found was very rude and had a nasty habit of talking down to people he did not perceive to be as smart as he. Employee turnover is excessive and ex-employees have said it is because of poor management on part of the owner who is always right. I would not recommend this company to put doors on a dog house.

Very cheep door.. Plastic panels keep falling off...
Spring door was too small for the door...
The company only patches the problems instead of resolving them. Bad SERVICE!!!

Bought a country style door and panels are coming unglued after first 6 months. Sent two different reps both of which are not with the company anymore. On my third attempt they promised someone would come and fix my problem, then im told they won't because it's an installer issue. The glue they used which in not holding is a manufacturing problem to me. Anyways I have a door that's 2 years old that looks like crap. Don't buy this brand of door you will regret it.

Very bad service. My country style door had to be reglued by the company and even nailed. But the problem still is there. The panels keep falling off. I even noticed the main spring of the door is out of spec...too small for the weight of the door. It's all twisted when the door is shut and the door was well installed by a competent contractor. To everyone out there please get yourself a garaga or something else! This company does not stand behind there products.

We had our Laforge Doors installed over a year ago and we are very happy with the quality of the door. It is beautiful and well insulated to help keep our garage nice and warm in the winter. Can not say enough about Laforge garage doors. Anyone looking for an excellent quality door really needs to get a Laforge one!
