This store was awful with customer service. I came in with an issue regarding my eSIM. I had gone once where I was told I would need to pay $15 to get it fixed and I asked if there were other solutions that would avoid paying. A lady working there was kind enough to let me know that it would be free to fix by contacting customer service. After that, the guy tried saying “make it $10 for him”. Later on, I called customer service (difficult to reach), the person wasn’t able to resolve my issue although he tried hard to help and give me an offer on an improved plan (increased data from 20gb to 38gb for free). He told me to go to a store to get it fixed and that it would be free. I went back to this same Fido store hoping maybe a different person would be there to help me. That different person was really rude and also told me I’d have to pay $15 for a service they’re failing to provide for me and that I’m already paying a plan for. Anyhow, frustrated, I went to the Rogers store near York Mills and Leslie (they also help with Fido related issues). There, the guy was kind and able to resolve my issue in 5 minutes for free. Needless to say, I do not recommend going here. Maybe try the Rogers store inside Fairview mall before going far to other stores.

My experience with Raaghav and Shreya was exceptional. They are so skilled and compassionate. They take the time explaining Rogers products in a friendly and professional manner.
They look after the customer best interest. I learned so much visiting Fido store and exploring different options and services.
Highly recommended.
