We scheduled an appointment with Steve to provide a quote to replace the window in our kitchen which was leaking air terribly. We had already received quotes from 2 other companies.

Steve followed-up to confirm our appointment and came right on time. When he inspected the window we were looking to replace, he discovered that our double-hung window was simply not shut properly at the top of the frame! He could have easily quoted us to replace the window and made a sale - but he demonstrated integrity - and we are so appreciative. It's such a pleasure to meet professionals who are honest and who don't look to the short term. We're so happy that we waited for Steve to quote on the job - especially since neither of the 2 other companies that came to see the window gave that honest advice. We saved $800 that we would have otherwise wasted. Thank you, Steve.

When it comes time to fix another window or door in our house, I know who I'll be calling.
