Let me start by saying thank you—to Chad, Jackie, Cain, Brandon, Koby, Berlin, and the entire MOVE staff. You have truly changed my life.
After a life-changing knee injury, two major knee surgeries, and a tendon-transfer and Achilles-lengthening surgery, there was a time when walking without a brace again seemed unlikely. Running felt almost impossible.
Then I found MOVE Performance.
From the beginning, the team took the time to understand my injury, my goals, and what it would take to reach them. Together, we created a plan—and a plan is a two-way street. I knew I had to show up, work hard, and hold up my end. MOVE held up theirs by building a thoughtful, challenging rehabilitation program designed not only to help me walk without a brace, but eventually to run again.
The first time I lightly jogged after nearly two years, I left MOVE and became emotional in my car. It was a moment I once feared might never happen. Because of this team, I got a piece of my life back.
If you are looking for physical therapy where dreams become goals—and goals become reality—this is the place.
Mind Over Virtually Everything. Chad and his team don’t believe in “I can’t.” They believe in resilience, strong mental fortitude, and hard work. I will forever be grateful to MOVE for helping me accomplish what once felt impossible.

The team at Move was very helpful in getting me back to 100% with my knee injury. In what was expected to be 4-6 weeks of PT, they had me back to normal and cleared within 2 and a half weeks. I highly recommend Move for competitive athletes looking to get back to peak performance while recovering from injury.

I've had a great experience at Move Physical Therapy. The entire team is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about helping their patients get better. They take the time to explain everything, create a treatment plan that fits your needs, and encourage you every step of the way. I've made noticeable progress thanks to their knowledge and dedication. I highly recommend Move Physical Therapy to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable physical therapy team that will help you teach your goals!

Everyone at MOVE, from the PTs, to the front desk admin, to the owners and the trainers, everyone here played an important part in my recovery from knee surgery. Usually, I dread doing PT for an injury, but since coming to Move, I look forward to my sessions.
Cryo and physical training are also offered here so there is a variety of services that anyone can make use of. Kaine, Dan and Chad have all helped train me as well as some student PTs, and they always make you feel like it’s one on one, even if they are busy.
You can really feel that Move is a family owned business and it feels like you’re family when you’re there. Overall, I have no complaints about Move. When you experience a serious injury or some kind of strain, you can’t appreciate how amazing it is to find a PT gym that cares about and loves what they do.
To sum it up, I highly recommend Move to anyone looking for a PT for an injury or physical training sessions, which you can purchase multiple different tiers of packages of. Only PT gym I’ll ever come back to over and over again.
Each and everyone at Move, thank you, keep doing what you do!

Stop scrolling. Your search for real physical therapy ends here. MOVE will change everything—you won’t regret it.
At 42, after two kids, I found myself stuck with paralyzing back and hip pain. I couldn’t sleep, couldn’t bend to pick up my kids, and definitely couldn’t stay active the way I always had. I tried two of the big-box PT places in Chandler—both were “check the box, in-and-out, here’s your printout” type places. It wasn’t enough for a busy, active, working mom who needed real results.
MOVE isn’t like any other physical therapy gym. This is performance-level PT, the kind that expects you to work—but supports you every step of the way. As a former college athlete, it’s energizing (and yes, a little intimidating) to train alongside high school and college athletes, but it’s also incredibly motivating. And don’t worry—there are people of every age here, all focused on getting better.
You’re pushed in the best possible way, guided by a staff that truly wants you to hit your goals. I had no idea dry needling and cupping could be such game changers. But the biggest difference? I’m finally seeing progress. More than I ever saw anywhere else.
If you’re a middle-aged parent (me), athlete, or anyone tired of surface-level PT—MOVE is where things actually start to get better.
