Last year we decided to order all new windows for our house to take advantage of the home renovation tax credit. The windows are very good quality and the pricing is very competitive unfortunately, I can't say anything good about the service. The order was all messed up...garden doors open the wrong way, was told they were custom to fit opening and they weren't, they had to brick around door. We were left with an awful mess around all the windows (on the inside), the gap was too big even to hide with 5" trim...we had to hire someone to repair the gap around all the windows with drywall. The front window was too short so, they had to reorder. The front window is still too short but, they installed it anyways. I'm still trying to get it fixed and it was installed back in November but, no one (sales rep nor the owners)are returning my calls or emails. I kick myself for not going elsewhere!!!
