Sanctuary Custom Construction built our home 4 years ago, and my wife and I could not have been happier with the building experience or the beautiful home we have lived in for the last 4 years.

This was our first custom home build and Jordan and the entire team at Sanctuary did a fantastic job of not only helping us through the process but making the process fun and enjoyable. Jordan and his team partnered with us every step of the way. From selecting the right property, to maximizing the home design, to getting required permits and collaborating with our HOA, through materials selection and construction, the team of people at Sanctuary were there to help us create the perfect home for our family. Jordan and his team were not only our builders, but they were our partners, and they have become our friends.

The team we worked with at Sanctuary were always professional, communicative, proactive, sincere, customer focused, and ALWAYS honest. We built our home at the beginning of the supply challenges that Covid brought and there were material challenges along the way. The thing I appreciated the most is when we had issues arise Jordan and the team were proactive and we did not have “surprises” that caused delays and cost increases. The Sanctuary team would proactively identify an issue before it became a problem and they would bring at least three options to address the issue. As customers, we felt confident that we understood the issues and opportunities and we always had viable options to address issues before they became problems.

Jordan and his team are focused on the entire process of creating beautiful homes for their customers. I was always impressed with the relationships he and his team built with their public and private stakeholders, suppliers and sub-contractors and how his team treated these people as partners in the process. The people who helped build our home were invested in doing an excellent job because they saw themselves as part of the Sanctuary team.

Even after living in our home for 4 years, I have occasionally called Sanctuary to ask questions or to get advice - EVERY time I have reached out they have been as professional and helpful as they were the first time I met them.

Frankly, I do not believe we could have found a better partner to build our dream home and I recommend Sanctuary Custom Construction unconditionally.

We hired Jordan to build our dream home after meeting with him several times. Before hiring him, we found him to be super responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We interviewed several builders, but in the end, we were most comfortable with him and his team based on these pre-contract meetings.

The contracting and build process confirmed our initial impressions. He remained extremely responsive throughout the build process as did his team members, who are also outstanding (Cat and James rock). The build itself also highlighted other qualities he has that are critical in building a custom home. Most importantly perhaps is that he is honest and trustworthy. Unexpected things happen when building a custom home (this wasn’t our first custom home) so it is crucial to have a builder who is honest and trustworthy. We trust Jordan because he demonstrated on multiple occasions that he is a trustworthy person, even when it could impact him negatively. Also, he and his team are professional and take pride in their work. Jordan and his team want things done right and it shows, and they made several inspired design suggestions that truly made the house even better than we could have imagined.

This was our second custom home. As a person, we liked our first builder, but we would never hire him again. We would hire Jordan in a heartbeat (and we also like him as a person).

Jordan is passionate about his work, and it really shows in the quality of the homes he builds. He's honest, fair, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. We have been in the building process with Jordan, James, Cat and the rest of their crew for just shy of 2 years (only because of Covid). We are closing in on the last few weeks of our dream home and backyard. Through this whole process Jordan has shown so much more detail, care and concern than we’d ever imagined. If time and money are not a concern, then we would recommend Jordan Junior. We wasted 6+ months and more than $40k only to be told that our house was going to cost almost 40% ($300k) more than we shared as our budget despite being told that we were making "significant" cost saving decisions throughout the engineering and blue printing phases. Fortunately we got out before wasting any more time or money. There are a lot of details that we will not waste your time with, but based on our experience do some shopping around and beware.
