Dr. Luong has been providing comprehensive family optometric care to patients in Richmond Hill, Markam and surrounding communities for over 20 years. She is passionate about bring health care to the underserved areas in developing countries. Over the years, she has joined many medical missions. Together with a team of medical doctors and dentists, she has travelled to Vietnam, Cambodia, Morocco and China providing optometric care people in remote regions.
