My name is Donna Lall, and I would like to first and foremost take the opportunity to
thank Adir and her father Ben of B.J. Electric , for the great gesture of benevolence and kindness they bestowed to a senior in need of help. Kathleen Chin purchased the 8500w Elite series on 15/04/2018 from B.J. Electric . An installer named Armand originally installed this unit, and has no affliation with B.j. Electric. 2 weeks ago Kathleen had once again had an issue with her garage door not opening, and she was unable to use her vehicle or 3 days. I called Armand, and he wanted to charge her 200.00 , so I declined him coming. I called Lift Master and they immediately sent an installer named Tim, he reported that not only was it a poor job but 4 items were missing from this box set installement.
He advised me to call the the store where it was purchased and verIfy what items came with the set. I did, and called B,J. Electric spoke to Adir and we both recalled
our dealings with this purchase. As our receipt showed that indeed 4 items were missing in the garage installment.
Adir, showed immense concern and distress as what happened to Kathleen. She took it upon herself not only to go the extra mile to resolve this situation. but had 2 installers. the main man-Saar, come in re do the entire installation and re wiring, gave her a new wi fi unit and all 4 items that were missing replaced. The job was done impecciably and in a very timely matter. wow, what efficiency and professionalism. And on top of this, it did not cost this senior a penny. I HAVE NOT SEEN THIS KIND OF BUSINESS P.R. IN SUCH A LONG TIME. IT WAS NOT ABOUT MONEY BUT ABOUT EXECELLENT SERVICE AND CARE FOR THEIR CLIENTS. I TOLD MANY PEOPLE ABOUT ADIR AND HER FATHER AND THIS COMPANY. BECAUSE THIS WORLD IS LOSING ITS WORK ETHIC AND PRIDE IN BUSINESS. AND TRULY THIS IS A BUSINESS THAT IS LEADING IN ABOVE AVERAGE SERVICE AND COMMITMENT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. WITH FAMILY INTEGRITY , CHARACTER AND EXCELLENCE.
