Had a slightly unique project that needed to be done. Had other people take a look at it. Some passed on it while others over quoted. RCC came right when we needed them. Through it all Den made sure that everything that needed to be done got done and to my satisfaction. Chris showed up on time, explained the process and asked questions to make sure we were on the same page. He went over and above with advice and with the repair. RCC even squeaked in an emergency repair. A team showed up and worked very hard to dig up the soil, seal up the foundation and moved around some heavy objects all at no extra cost. I won't have to worry about these problems anymore plus the price quoted was budget friendly and I was able to pay using my credit card, gaining points without being charged an extra fee. I hope these guys never change.

We recently had waterproofing work done along with a new sump pump installation by Roy’s crew, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Our home is older, so we decided to do the waterproofing as a preventative measure — especially with the heavier rain Toronto has been getting lately. The repairs have held up great, even after the big melt and rain event we had recently.
Before the work began, Den did a very thorough walkthrough of the property, clearly explained the plan, and provided a detailed quote before scheduling the crew. The work was all completed in half a day we were shocked and extremely happy with the whole process from start to end. I am happy with the work done by Den and Darwin. They sealed my whole basement with some sort of plastic material. Now, my basement is warmer and there is no water leak. I am saving on my hydro bill !

RCC Waterproofing just completed interior waterproofing of my basement and installed a sump pump. I cannot speak more highly of how professional the service was and the quality of the work completed. The whole process with Den was super smooth. I truly felt like Den was looking for the best solution. He was really knowledgeable but never tried to over sell which other companies did. Joey and Jesse who completed the job were super professional, friendly, respectful and punctual. I would highly recommend RCC Waterproofing to anyone who needs their house waterproofing.

I’m extremely satisfied with the work done by Den and Rogers Crew (RCC). Den was professional and easy to work with, and the team he sent out Rogers Crew did an excellent job sealing the foundation. We had a crack in the foundation and needed a sump pump installation as well, and everything was handled thoroughly and efficiently. The workmanship was top-notch, and they made sure the job was done right from start to finish. What really stood out was the great after-service support—they didn’t just finish the job and disappear. I would definitely recommend Den, Rogers Crew, and RCC, Overall it was a great experience.

These guys not only replied super fast but gave us a quote we couldn’t say no to. The work was all completed in half a day we were shocked and extremely happy with the whole process from start to end. It’s been a few months now and have had a huge amount of snow and so far our basement is good as new. Would highly recommend!
