We are unhappy with our waterproofing experience with RCC Waterproofing Markham. We had them come by to fix a minor leak at which, to date appears to hold. It’s only been a few weeks so we will update should there be problems.
The state of our front porch left by this company is what made us extremely mad. They told us they’d come back and discuss with their manager to fix our front porch at least back to a reasonable state afterwards, and after arguing on the phone with my husband with someone who doesn’t speak clear English, they never came back. This is how our front porch looked like after “the job was done”. In a complete disarray, with lack of care. They even left a 4 ft stone right in the middle of our garden…. How disrespectful. We have paid in full and I expect someone from customer service to reach out to me ASAP to have this fixed.
I would NOT recommend this company for any waterproofing needs. If this speaks to their workmanship that’s visible to us, I don’t even want to think how they are ‘fixing’ anything that’s underground, behind a wall or unseen.

I recently had RCC Waterproofing come out to repair a crack in my foundation, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience from start to finish.
Simpson and Harry were the two technicians who came out, and they were absolutely outstanding. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism was evident. They were diligent, hardworking, and clearly took pride in the quality of their work. I've had tradespeople leave my place looking like a construction zone, so the fact that they cleaned up after themselves so thoroughly almost felt like a bonus feature.
What really stood out was the attention to detail throughout the whole job. Foundation work isn't something you take lightly (it's your home, not a DIY YouTube project), and having a team show up that actually makes you feel confident and taken care of means everything.

Just finished full exterior waterproofing around my entire house 8 feet deep on all sides and I couldn’t be happier with the results. This was a major project, but it was handled professionally from start to finish.
Den, the sales rep, was knowledgeable, patient, and walked me through the whole process without any pressure. He gave me honest advice and made sure I understood what to expect.
Roy’s crew was outstanding. They worked efficiently, kept the site clean, and clearly knew what they were doing. You could tell they take pride in their work. Every detail from excavation to the waterproofing membrane, weeping tile, and backfill was done right.
Waterproofing is a big investment, but with the quality of work I received, it feels like money well spent. Highly recommend this team if you’re looking to protect your home for the long term.

Just finished full exterior waterproofing around my entire house 8 feet deep on all sides and I couldn’t be happier with the results. This was a major project, but it was handled professionally from start to finish.
Den, the sales rep, was knowledgeable, patient, and walked me through the whole process without any pressure. He gave me honest advice and made sure I understood what to expect.
