On February 11, 2026, my Nissan NV200 was damaged while going through this car wash. Despite still having approximately 20 to 30 seconds remaining to exit the tunnel, the exit door came down and struck my vehicle, causing significant damage that ultimately resulted in it being declared a total loss.

What should have been a straightforward claim turned into more than four months of emails, phone calls, inspections, and constant follow-ups without a fair resolution. Instead of focusing on making things right, the process became unnecessarily prolonged and frustrating.

As a contractor, I rely on my work van every day. During this time, the damage led to water leaks inside the vehicle, affecting work tools and creating additional problems beyond the original impact. The loss of reliable transportation also caused significant inconvenience and financial hardship.

Despite providing photos, videos, emails, and other supporting documentation, the handling of this claim has been slow, disappointing, and far more difficult than it should have been.

My experience has been extremely negative. What began as a preventable incident resulted in the loss of my work vehicle, months of frustration, financial hardship, and countless hours spent pursuing a resolution. Based on how this situation was handled, I cannot recommend this business and would strongly encourage others to consider my experience before using their services.

Upper brush needs adjustment or something. It only washed half of my hood and didn't touch the top of my trunk. 2008 Grand Marquis

March 2025 Update: Decided to get the salt washed off my windows so I could see where I was going and it appears they've fixed the upper brush adjustment issue. My hood and trunk lid were scrubbed properly.
