I went into this place for the first time just to try something new, the display was mostly empty and the doughnuts that were left in were stale, the employee rolled her eyes when we asked her to make a drink, then proceeded to make the wrong one and wouldn’t fix it, she only offered to add toppings. On top of everything, the drive thru screen was broken along with another ordering screen inside, maybe it would’ve been better if the employee didn’t seem to hate her job, I really want to say something good, but I just can’t.

Went in for the new breakfast wrap. Employee didn’t even know what it was. They had to read the menu to know what was on it. Wasn’t made correctly. It didn’t come with lettuce but had lettuce added and then baked when it should have been grilled. It’s a soggy mess. Will not be going back again. Coffee was good though.

First off im going to mention how wonderful our server was. Very pleasant.

And thats where the good stuff ends. The drive thru sign is hard to read, is ripped down the center and is falling apart. The prices for the food seem very high.
The food is not edible, I ordered the western and a coffee. From the first bite it was all I could do from being ill, I opened my car door and spat it out. The coffee tasted like warm water with a tiny hint of something that resembled coffee.

All in all I am incredible disappointed in this establishment. Ive been to other Robin's restaurants and they might not be the best but they were far superior to what I experience here.

I will NOT be going back to that location ever again.

I have to say that the server working Oct 12 at this location was fantastic. She was by her self, my family and I found that she handled herself with alot of grace, especially since the place was busy. The food was delicious and made to perfection. As someone new to the area this location is destined to be our new favourite, thanks to the young lady working that day.
