The job was to disconnect the dishwasher and cap the supply & drain pipe. The job was not complete in the 1 hour period and I was billed $200 (rounded up) for an incomplete job. One would expect a 20 minute job to be done in the allotted one hour period and to be done right. Plumber was not prepared to complete this very very simple job. I am extremely disappointed with this service.
