Nouhayla was amazing today. She knew exactly what needed to be done and she solved my problem about connectivity within just a few minutes. She did it all with a smile. She is a great asset for your company and one day although we would hate to lose her in customer service, she would be a great trainer and manager. Julia

Great service for helping with selecting the phone and plan that matched my need.
It was a first time but was worth trying Chatr Rideau Mall.
Thanks

Nouhayla was very helpful and knowledgeable when we were unsure about how to get a sim card while on holiday. A very friendly experience !

Definitely would recommend Chtr Mobile Rideau Centre. Switched from an IPhone to an Android A17.
The service was amazing, professional, very helpful and very informative.
If you need a cell phone go there.
