This company will not do the work if you ask for city permits and they will build you a dangerous structure. They don't know what they are doing. Do not hire the team of Ruben and Martha, known as Blessed Construction. I found them to be incompetent and they caused about $10,000.00 worth of damage to our home. The patio roof they built for us was horrible and not up to code and we had to take it down as it was already fallen apart and the roof was starting to rot. Only after one year it was pulling away from the house and leaning and on the verge of collapsing. If you ever have any issues they will not return calls or answer text messages. This company has complaints with the BBB and www.homeadvisor.com Do your homework and avoid Blessed Construction.
We have taken over 50 pictures detailing all their faulty work.
