Visited the Mount Pleasant, PA location today, and I have to say—Will provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine understanding of my situation made me feel comfortable and confident that my issue was going to be taken care of.
It’s not every day you come across someone who truly takes the time to listen and make sure you feel valued as a customer. Will went above and beyond, and I really appreciate the experience.
My family and I will definitely be coming back to this location from now on. Great service, great experience, and an even better employee! Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were on vacation and heading to our destination when the tire pressure light came on. Stopped here (NTB) along the way seeking help and they did not disappoint. The young man (Will) at the front desk was extremely helpful and polite! Got us in and out in less than an hour. Found out there was about a 4” drill bit stuck in the tire causing a slow leak. Very reassuring knowing we had a four hour drive home later that week.
Highly recommend!

EXCELLENT customer service! My boyfriend needed his brakes changed ASAP. He was in and out in less than an hour. Rusty and hia crew actually listened to him when he said he had somewhere he needed to be and they were able to accommodate that while giving great service! Highly recommend going here

These guys are absolutely amazing. They have a great crew. Need something done fast and right? Aaron and Rusty make sure that happens. You want prompt and friendly service? This is where to get it. The kind of place where they don’t have employees. They have a crew. If you don’t know what that means trust me there’s a difference.

Went in for a piece of wood lodged in my tire, after sliding on unplowed snow at the entrance to seven springs and bumped a telephone pole. Had the wood out and tire reseated and filled up about 45 minutes after parking. Super efficient guys, and really nice. Didn't charge me for the labor either. Would absolutely recommend them.
