I have taken my daughter here many many times for help. It used to be great and never had any issues. The last few times it has just been terrible. Just a few days ago I took her in and absolutely thought she should be under a 72 hour hold at the very least because of the thoughts she was having. They decided to send her home. I got upset and said if they are sending her home tell me where else I can take her. Thier response was to send in one of the officers that work there and say she can go home or he can call Akron PD and she will go to juvenile detention center. Instead of doing their jobs they just want to send her to jail. That is truly appalling.
