The Board of Directors registered as a 501c3 doesn't function nor audit the organization. Unethical usage of funding is going on for years and manipulating naive kind people that all end up using their time, energy believing that it would establish itself. Be mindful as a pro bono service provider, client, or donor. It advertises itself as a legitimate 501c3, but whatever photos of you and your name will be used to collect money for private usage.

Founder Manaar Azreik, is a Palestinian-Israeli, Judo athlete, drummer, singer who I met at Lexington Lesbian Bar in Mission District when she lived in her white old Mustang. As an old friend of the AlHusseini sisters (the AlHusseini family of Jerusalem), and grand daughter to the man who worked for the Governor of Tokyo and succeeded to bring the 1964 Olympic Games and included Judo into the games for the first time in history, I felt an obligation to help. To be exact, everyone who has a kind heart, and naive like I was, are inclined to help. You will be subject to similar situations if you care.

I introduced her to Senior Minister Masato Kawahatsu, Keiko Fukuda Shihan , Yosh Uchida Sensei (USA Olympic coach) for a teaching position with a possibility to be an uchideshi, and countless influential people in LAPD, LGBT Center, I remember City Aikido housed her for a proper job/residence and even extended to help Manaar to perform at SF Pride. Pride has invited a Palestinian-Danish Darbukka player on main stage before. It was something feasible. Regardless of what we did, all bridges were burnt, none of the philanthropists surrounding them no longer wanted to help. Manaar just went from one sofa to another. My friends and I gave up. I still pray for Manaar.

I even wrote a letter to Senator Mark Leno and attended his Universal Heath Care conference at a Cathedral in San Francisco. I gave him my huge orange envelope explaining why Manaar deserves citizenship. Ever since then, Mark brought Manaar into SF Pride VIP Party inside City Hall where I helped to host VIP Guests from all over the world. I advised Manaar to talk to people there to see if the philanthropists would help her.

Introduced Manaar to film Director Katherine Bruen of the film the Corner Store at her fundraising party in Mill Valley in hope for Mill Valley philanthropic circles to help but Manaar didn't even keep up the connection with Kathrine nor the owner of the store. Who was one of the finest Palestinian you would ever meet.

I asked Executive Director, Soraya (spelling might be wrong) of Arabic Culture and Community Center to allow me to invite Manaar to Iftar. Most of the people were conservative wealthy Arab American philanthropists and IT leading investors of the Silicon Valley. Manaar brought a Rabbi believing those participants were going to get motivated to fund Manaar. Majority didn't even want to talk to her. Jamie Leno Zimron was also with Manaar. I commented to Jamie, "It's a process. We tried. We must keep trying."

When Lake County burned to ashes, Manaar was homeless again. I tried to explain to her about water politics in California and physical evidence of 80 years of draught in that area and suggested to seek wisdom from the Pomo seniors. Manaar made off statements that she knows them. That she has no intentions to ask for blessings from the local Native family not permission from them. I asked her why. She replied,
"They are just drunk drug barbaric abusers on easy government aid." I warned Manaar, you can't disrespect the land like that. I told her about land management that the Native Americans practiced that Joseph Meyers in Santa Rosa taught me.

In 2015, I took Manaar to The Foundation Center back then on Sutter St., SF and taught her how to apply for seed money, facility grants, stipends, commissions, private, community, government grants, publicity grants, publishing grants, and explained if she's not going to establish under a 501c3, she'll need to study at SBA SF. Manaar didn't entertain either.

We found out around 2016 that the Azreik family in Israel has been sending their very hard earned money to Manaar in California. We thought it was odd because it should have been the other way around. In the meantime, Manaar stated that the organization receives $12,000 USD donations at a time. So, our question was, where is all the money going?

2017, I moved out of San Francisco. I received a call from Manaar who said they are living in Marin County in a house by herself and invited me to come and stay in her house. Then asked to move in with her and asked me to talk to her landlord. I couldn't understand why she called me out of the blue. The landlord wanted rent which Manaar didn't pay. Without my authorization, Manaar asked my friend to pay the rent. I warned my friend not to place their money because it will go to waste. When money was collected, Manaar took the organization's funding and went on a vacation to San Diego and came back went nil again.

2018, I tried to introduce Manaar to prominent Palestinian American philanthropists that gathered to enjoy the Aswat Ensamble concert in Oakland under the condition that Manaar's funding and usage to be made available to philanthropists. Manaar insisted that 501c3 doesn't have to make available their accounting to philanthropists and presented unprofessional. I asked Manaar not to come. Well, Manaar came unwelcomed and I didn't introduce one of the largest Palestinian family nor to the Executive Director of Zawaya.

Although I warned not to self publish, and gave the top film adaptable book editor's names, Manaar self published a book that is hardly edited, which Manaar stated to be edited by an editor who has created best sellers in USA. Involved business partners, moved in with them, dated them, drained their wealth, and been asked to leave their homes, never opened a wellness center they claim. People in Moss Beach, Menlo Park, Santa Rosa, Berkeley have been housing Manaar, with a promise that Manaar would work and pay rent. Manaar worked for an Arabic insurance company, received donations from an Arabic art supplier, kept the income and expected others to pay the rent or be dismissed from paying any rent. I processed rental assistance for Manaar from San Mateo County's Office (Redwood City Office) with a promise that they will land on a job and pay rent to a the landlord, very famous Aikido black belt in a loft in Menlo Park, but no rent was paid after second month.

Donations to the organization has been used for personal travel, fine dining, and professional people that worked for her have never been paid. They were promised to be paid, year after year. None were paid although donations went to the organization. Every person who worked for the Transformation by Fire, the other organizations before that, were never paid a penny although the organization was receiving donations.

People Manaar networks are out of synagogues, Jewish Americans, naive POC musicians, even Rabbis that opened their arms, gave Manaar a fair chance, they invested their time, money, resources, opened their family homes. I met or talked to most of them. As a result, between 2014 and 2021, there's 4 or 5 YouTube videos. You can view them yourself. Manaar claims to be a great singer, effective meditation teacher and successful holistic healer. Each video has 50 views and 5 comments. With that quality, they believe their meditation sessions online will sell during COVID-19. They stated that they are focused in their Internet presence and publicity.

2021, Manaar ended another relationship and was asked to leave their partner's house again. August, Manaar comes to San Francisco to tell me she's packing, single and homeless again. Like hundreds of people before me, I gave an honest response. They refused to wear a mask with Delta Codiv19 spreading and with no regards to other people, stated clearly that they will not wear a mask nor use the vaccine. Manaar asked me if my friends and I would temporary house them with those risk factors. I spoke to a few of my Arab American friends. I was politely declined for obvious health risk factors. I asked Manaar to stop involving me, my friends into the dysfunctional finances.

As we speak, September 2021, Manaar's forth attempt to convince another land owner, this time in Sebastopol, CA for Manaar to live on with the same storyline, gather enough philanthropic funding to build a wellness center on his land is in progress. I assume, Manaar's twin sister and her Azreik family are going to be "suggested" for their family money from Israel to be further provided to this endeavor. I may be wrong.
