I had all of my stuff in atorage when preparing to buy a new house. I finally was able to purchase one this month and when I showed up to my storage unit there were spiders, rat droppings, and mold everywhere. Thousands of dollars worth of my stuff is ruined and it feels like I need to start all over. My family that had to view the horror will also be leaving reviews. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company in my life. Pictures is a good chunk of things I tossed.

We have had this storage unit since we retired and moved to the Boerne area. From our initial meeting to secure a unit to the day we emptied it and moved out, the staff has been very courteous and helpful if needed. The move out process was seamless. If you need a secured, clean area for your extra stuff, please look to this storage facility.

I needed a storage space and their location was what got me started but the customer service was great. I signed on. The access is easy with a phone app and they are available for help all along the way. The unit was very clean. I recommend this facility.

As a new customer I am extremely satisfied with my contact with Sarah. She is polite, knowledgeable and extremely professional and made my first contact with ExtraSpace Storage memorable. Thank you!

The young lady upfront is very kind. I needed to use the restroom one day, and she was polite enough to let me use it. Whenever I’m in my unit she always stops by to say hi and see how I’m doing
