What a wonderful experience, from Zane, the sales rep to the installation fellas, KJ and Zack. KJ and Zack showed up on time, with smiles and ready to work. My installation was a bigger job than what everyone expected. It did not phase them at all. They worked so hard in 100+ degree weather, under my house. They did an amazing job and I am thrilled with the level of service they provided. I highly recommend this company and these three associates.

I had a small tank installed for our new home. When the technicians came to install it, I was informed that their excavator was down and so they had to rent one. As this was new construction, I was in no hurry for the install. It was their decision to go rent the mini-x. So, they turn around and bill me $500 for the rental. Probably charged several other clients the same so now they're making money. When the bill comes, I send in my payment with a note explaining the situation and leave off the $500 mistake they made. Now I get a bill for $500 plus a finance charge. No call, no explanation, no contact, just more charges. I'll go ahead and pay the bill, but this is a lousy non-professional way to run a business. Oh, and by the way, Sunbelt rents the mini-x for $375.

I rented a propane tank for a gas fireplace in my home and used this company for several years without any issues until now. The fireplace is no longer functional, and because I’m selling my home, I need the tank removed promptly.

I first contacted the company over two months ago to schedule pickup of their equipment and was told it would not be a problem, but no timeline was provided. After several weeks passed with no action, I called again and was told they prefer to wait until summer so they don’t damage customers’ yards. However, we were in the middle of a prolonged drought at the time, and there was no concern about yard conditions when the tank was originally delivered, including during rainy weather.

Since then, I’ve made multiple additional calls and continue to be put off with no clear timeline or follow-through. It has now been weeks, and the tank is still sitting on the property. During my most recent call, I asked to speak with a manager and was told they were in an all-day training session and would return my call. I never heard back.

This entire experience has been extremely frustrating, especially while trying to prepare my home for sale.

I always have a great experience of Advanced propane both serving my home and filling up a motorhome for LP tanks for gas grills. We’re taking long, friendly fashion quick. The pricing is fair.

These guys (Zane and Zach are two names I saw but there were several others) went above and beyond job expectations. They had to be freezing (I was) and kept a smile and great attitude tank after tank. Thank you for being a lifesaver to the community. I’m relatively new to the area and these folks earned my business tenfold. I even heard they stayed open past business hours to make sure everyone was taken care of. I was worried about cost at first but when in need you pay what you have too. I never should have worried. These folks didn’t up charge by a penny!!! $20 to fill a tank from
