My experience has been nothing short of frustrating. From the very beginning, communication was poor. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic information, and even then, responses were often delayed or vague. The property manager seemed to have no idea what he was doing.

I would not recommend First Service to anyone looking for reliable and professional property management. Their lack of communication, poor maintenance, and hidden fees have made this a very unpleasant experience. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
