We will do our best to insure that our office is what is needed to help you feel better. During your initial visit you will fill out some basic paperwork at the office (or online) and have a no obligation consultation with Dr. Nichole. Once we have an understanding of what brought you to our office, we will go through a thorough evaluation based on you. The evaluation can consist of neurologic, orthopedic, and radiographic imaging. A healthy spine and nervous system is the foundation for health.
