David Gunn Was not Paid to write a Letter. He was Paid to
do Electrical Work, and that is what he did. It is unfortunate that the unfavorable outcome of Legal Proceedings
has resulted in one bad review. We will continue to do what is required to keep our Clients Satisfied.

David was asked why he was helping the landlord fix his unit before an inspector could come in and he explained that he was getting paid "a lot of money" to do it. The legal proceedings were favorable for my family, the landlord was forced to pay us. The rental unit was condemned by the head inspector for Alberta Health for black mold among other violations a week after David was there. Seems the letter David wrote did the landlord no good. I'd be happy to upload the photos of David and his son and the letter that David wrote. What's unfortunate is that David is so greedy that he would let money cloud his good judgement and his conscious and it's sad that you want to continue handling people the way you have in the past. Does 'keeping your clients satisfied' entail writing a letter full of lies for a slumlord to try to defend himself? Did David do this out of the goodness of his heart? Is that what you're saying? What a horrible thing to do to a hard working family paying a lot of money to a crooked landlord to live in a hellhole. I hope you change your policies about this kind of issue in the future. I would hate to have another family have to deal with this kind of problem and have David involved and be bought again by a slumlord. Find your conscious.

David Gunn is a dishonest man. He was paid by a landlord to lie in a letter used in a legal hearing about a rental unit he worked in. Black mold was shown to him while he was in the unit. He denied he saw it. A family's health was at stake and he lied to make a buck. Photos were taken of him while he was working in the unit and the black mold was visible in the photos. The rental unit was condemned a week after David worked in it. A truly awful thing to do and a dishonest man. Shame on you
