They hire the day before they layoff to pick and choose union members they personally like. People who have been on the books for 6 months and then took a job with them...were kept for a month only and then laid off despite them hiring the day before!!! These people then had to go to the back of the line after having been out of work for six months....work for a month....then back to the unemployed list......this company has no respect for values....ethics or a hard working person trying to feed their family! Do not work for these people!!!
