Over the past five years, I have worked with Ms. Lacasse on several real estate transactions and have always received excellent service. She works in the client's best interest and always provides accurate information. A professional I trust.

The LLP team offers excellent service. We worked with Ms. Lacasse for the purchase of our house. She responded quickly, answered our questions, and adjusted the transaction timeline accordingly. In short, impeccable service; I highly recommend her.

Mr. Lacasse was very unpleasant; you don't feel respected as a client. As a first contact in Waterloo, it was a complete failure. I kept his email, which demonstrates his lack of professionalism. Being from out of town, we were held up by the deadlines; otherwise, we would have changed notaries.
