Senior portraits, headshots, holiday cards. Pictures of landscapes and scenery are beautiful, but I always think how awesome would it be to have your kids or your family in the forefront of that shot? So my focus is on the people. As a lifestyle photographer, I love to photograph people in their own homes/yards or find a beautiful natural setting locally. A farm, a park, heck even just a nice tree or bench can make for the perfect setting for some great shots. I try to capture people in a way that they look like the best version of themselves! I spend a lot of time in photoshop after the shoot to make sure I am getting everyone’s best face in each picture, especially in group shots. This sometimes involves swapping out faces!
