Great service from J&M! They just installed my new generator, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Bo, Justin, and Jaden were very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the entire installation. They took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the generator and made sure I understood how everything works. They are truly an excellent team!

J&M also offered a very reasonable and competitive price compared with other companies I contacted. From the pricing to the installation and customer service, everything was handled professionally.

Thank you so much, Bo, Justin, Jaden, and the entire J&M team, for the great service. Highly recommended!

The guys showed up on time, did the job quickly and efficiently, and apart from the fact that everything looked "new" you could not tell anyone had been there (perfect job of cleaning up). Price was good for the services provided. Would not hesitate to use J&M for future work.

Bo got our Generac generator going and running perfectly after we had been told by another company that it had run out of oil and we needed to get a new generator. Bo was thorough and efficient. He was so nice to work with. Because of him, I am getting the maintenance agreement with J&M.

J&M has been our generator company for many many years and have provided excellent maintenance service and prompt service if and when they are has ever been an emergency as we experienced recently. Jason (1 of apparently 3 at the company) came out pronto and addressed our concerns of assisting her daughter while we were out of town. Highly recommend these folks always courteous, prompt and professional.

I can’t say enough great things about J&M! They recently installed a home generator for me and completed electrical work in my basement, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.

Their customer service was top-notch—professional, responsive, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was done right. They handled the permit process quickly and efficiently, which made the whole project stress-free on my end.

The quality of their work was exceptional. Everything was done cleanly, on time, and with attention to detail. It’s clear they take pride in what they do.

If you’re looking for a company that delivers excellent service, communicates well, and gets the job done right, I highly recommend J&M!
