Mario was great to deal with and was upfront and I liked him right away. The work was well done and he maintained good communication as we waited for a fair day for installation. The use of drip edges and extra waterproofing at the ends of the eaves was a welcome differentiator. His crew were also extremely friendly and all smiled and said hello like hotel staff and not what you might expect from roofers.
Clean up was also thorough. I would recommend them. Great job.

My houses trim came off from the high winds we were having. I called a couple of other companies and no one answered, 1 person answered and said next week. We’ve been working with Marios Roofing for over 3 years, and every time they’ve come, it was to properly fix the problems left behind by another big roofing company. Our roof has a complicated design that was too challenging for the other company to replace properly – but not for Marios Roofing. I had the pleasure of having Mario's crew out to my home on two occasions. We had a raccoon tear up a small area of our roof (first pic) and Mario was quick to respond and fix the problem for us.

When attending our property I had him take a look at some problem areas with our eavestroughs. Poor installation and inferior materials were the culprit. Mario provided a very competitive quote to address the issue and replace them. Not being prepared to take on this reno, I told Mario we'd have to put it off. He was gracious and understanding.

Fast forward a year and a spring thaw (really seeing the problem with our eavestroughs in all their glory) we contacted Mario and he was able to honour the quote from last year. We elected to upgrade them to a 6" trough for a nominal increase on the original quote.

Mario's crew performed the job very well with a high degree of craftsmanship. I'm a stickler for detail and had a few requests (a retractable downspout, heating cable inside a downspout etc) and they addressed everything I wanted. They even found an additional damaged shingle from a returning guest (raccoon) and fixed it without question.

I'd give Mario six stars if I could. He and his team get an emphatic five-stars instead. For tremendous value, professionalism and excellent workmanship. Thank you Mario!
