They chose 5-7 recipes from my 'Tried and True" recipe file, or from some of their favorite home recipes. I shop. They chose 5-7 recipes from my 'Tried and True" recipe file, or from some of their favorite home recipes. I shop. Then I come back into the home and prepare all the meals and package them. The menu plan is then complete. I clean up, pack up and say good evening. My clients are left with two- to three-weeks worth of meals, including breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
