Garbage! I had an unpleasant encounter with Jared when I went in to open an account, he was very condescending. I had tried to reach out to the branch manager to let her know and was told “she was in a meeting she will call you back” and I haven’t heard anything since.

Our favorite BB bank branch is hands down the Eastgate Branch ( although all of the WW branches are extremely nice). Everyone at the Eastgate Branch is always kind and very helpful. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming.
