Hands up to Darrin and Skyler, of the Wichita store and to Kat, of the Colorado Guitar Center territory! They have gone above and beyond with helping me by correcting an order, and they have brought me more happiness than ever was to be imagined. I love, LOvE, LOVE you guys!!! I recently bought a sterling majesty 7 string, I brought it in the have a set up done, I specifically asked for it to be in a certain tuning BEFORE they set up the action (i intended on recording with this guitar), said i need it to be in drop a and have the action as low as possible without buzz (thats why i asked for it to be tuned before the setup) I saw the man at the register put the note it in the computer so I know it's the guitar techs fault, I went home to play realized it was in standard tuning so I went to drop tune and now I have dead notes and fret buzz, 800 dollar guitar with a 200 dollar setup for nothing, I can't record with this instrument, I really like the people who work there especially the manager, but their negligent guitar tech is the reason I will not be coming back ever again, now I have to buy a luthier kit and do it myself. Very disappointing especially after spending that kind of money.

Such an Awesome place for beginning students to learn or figure out if they have passion for music instruments without costing an arm and a leg. The staff are Super friendly and knowledgeable in all areas. Free practice and they offer lessons to All ages. You also will meet great people that are at different stages of their music life. 🎶

Guitar Center of Wichita is not only the best Guitar Center I've been to, but also one of my favorite places in town! I've purchased a few guitars, a tube head, a 1x12 cab, studio monitors and much more from this location, and the staff has always been fantastic! I'd like to give shoutouts to Skylar and Alexi for being extremely helpful and genuinely friendly. The store manager is also awesome, but I didn't catch his name unfortunately. Most recently, Skylar took the time to browse available used options for an Explorer despite being busy hanging guitars on the wall, and ultimately helped me order and ship a beautiful Epiphone to the store for pickup. I highly recommend this Guitar Center if you are looking for something specific, or just browsing the options. You never know what you'll find on the wall!

An awesome musical equipment and supply store, at Kellogg Drive and Tracy Street. I remember coming here for their grand opening many years ago and it’s great to see this place is still going strong. I stopped in recently for a guitar tuner and used my rewards easily at checkout. Top level service is here with a welcoming vibe around all of the instruments and amps. The collection of guitars is impressive, with the acoustic room being the highlight of it all. Lessons are offered here for a variety of musical passions as well as having equipment rental and repair. I highly recommend Guitar Center to Wichita.
