I honestly didn't think my rug could look this good again. It had stains and was looking really dull, but after the cleaning it looked fresh and smelled amazing. The team was polite and kept me updated throughout the process. I'm definitely using their services again.

The oriental rug cleaning exceeded my expectations in every way. The fringe, edges, and central design all look refreshed. It feels like the rug gained several more years of life. I would gladly return for future cleanings.

Absolutely outstanding service! This rug cleaning company is the best I have ever worked with. They use eco-friendly products, which I really appreciate, and my rugs came back looking immaculate. It’s rare to find such professionalism combined with genuine care for a customer’s belongings.

Our kids play on a large cotton rug in the living room, so we wanted it cleaned with kid-safe products. Not only did the company accommodate that, but they also left it spotless and free of any chemical smell. It was a smooth and satisfying experience from start to finish.

I’m very sensitive to strong smells, so I was worried about the kind of cleaning products they’d use. But I was pleasantly surprised. The rugs came back smelling clean and neutral—no harsh chemical odors at all. It was such a relief, especially with pets and small kids in the house.

From the moment I booked the appointment, I was impressed. They arrived exactly when they said they would, wore protective gear, and took the time to walk me through their process. It was refreshing to work with a company that values customer service just as much as the actual cleaning.

Couldn’t be more satisfied with ABC CARPET CARE! They were able to remove stains I thought were permanent and the rug looks better than I ever expected. The team was professional, quick, and handled everything with care. Worth every penny!

The service technician who came out did an amazing job on my Chinese rugs. He was on time, called before, made sure I was happy with the service, and made sure every single corner was clean. I would highly recommend. 10/10
