Dr. Robert Hoffman has been practicing oral surgery since 1981, and his services include orthognathic jaw surgery, wisdom tooth extractions, cleft lip and palate surgery, dental implants, and bone grafting. For surgical procedures involving TMJ conditions, Dr. Federman works alongside Dr. Hoffman as the assistant surgeon.
