Bobby/Bob has the best service I have ever asked for at a restaurant. I couldn’t have asked for more, he was so respectful, nice, and very understanding. He got my whole order right and had a very nice conversation with him, telling me how much he loved his job and how much of a pleasure it is to work at this store. I’m definitely coming back and if you're reading this is suggest you come to, THE BEST FOOD SPOT EVER.

Absolutely disappointed with service tonight. The Indian guy at the front counter does not speak fluent English as I politely asked to put sauce on food as requested and he basically pushes me away and tossed a dip cup in the bag of food leaving a mess for me to clean up. I will never be returning here again knowing the guy had zero respect. I will let my friends know my experience aswell.

I ordered an OZ Box Shawarma with rice, chicken, onion, turnips, tomatoes, and pickles. I specifically did not choose lettuce or green peppers because I have an allergy to both.

However, my order came half box filled with lettuce and green peppers added anyway. I’ve attached a picture with my review as proof. Because of my allergy, I couldn’t eat the food and unfortunately had to throw the entire box in the garbage.

Please pay closer attention to customers’ selected ingredients. This was very disappointing and a complete waste of my money and food.

Absolutely disgusting, hairs !!! Really! Never ordering from this place again !. Also way to go with adding your typical chicken portion talk about scamming a customer. Great presentation guys. Definitely being reported !

To begin with, a philly oz-box was asked for, four times. Then was given a ~20$ chicken swarma oz-box that is 5% chicken, 40% rice, 40% lettuce, 5% croutons.
No cucumbers or tomatoes or anything was given on the lettuce as pictured. Why is there no pickled onion/turnip or anything at all on there? I guess "everything on it" means lettuce and croutons, with a random cold piece of beef that was buried in it, from who knows how many hours ago.
Also asked for it to be hot on the spicy level, and it was not whatsoever.

Nobody says hi when you walk in, until they're ready to take your order.
Tables are clean.

EDIT to reply to owners response-
Saying sorry that the experience wasn't perfect is humerous. I didn't even mention that the second wrap-box was BEEF when chicken was asked for! Nothing about the experience could be resolved by contacting that link. The problems are clearly stated.
