Had a subpar experience with Cale at Olympia Electric Communication was lacking, and unprofessional behavior made the process stressful. However, I’ve dealt with other representatives who were great, so it’s clear Cale’s behavior wasn’t representative of the company’s usual service. Would appreciate seeing more consistency in their excellent service.

Olympia originally installed a Generlink on our meter. From the request to the install was pretty quick. I thought we had developed a relationship and requested a panel audit. I waited for two weeks after confirmation and no one showed up. Requested once more and again no one showed up. I ended up going with a new business on the island who is interested in servicing customers.

I had a ceiling fan put in today and I just want to say BRANDON is amazing he is friendly polite and very professional. You are so lucky to have him .this is the second time we had a wonderful experience as he did some work before for us . To the owner of company you are very lucky to have him I can not praise him enough!!!!!!!!!

Excellent service from start to finish. Elliott was extremely helpful to arrange a technician to come out and add a vehicle charger to our garage. This was set up and completed within a couple of days of the initial phone call. The technician was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. We would 100% recommend Olympia Electric and would not hesitate to use their services again in the future - thank you.

Customer service is incredible and prices are very reasonable. Justin helped us with rerouting our dryer outlet to another floor. He was fantastic! We would love to go with this company for any future electrical work, and we highly recommend them to anyone.
