Airport storage is Absolutely the best storage facility in Canada, I’m serious when I say, I wish they were everywhere!! After 6 years moving across Canada, even having some family issues of my own, Also my life in the logistics business for 18 years using all types of facilities as such, I can’t stress enough how amazing the office staff is (words can’t describe) and even just the facilities and business moto! Convenient location to YLW for those traveling by flight and needing to store belongings. Very clean and secure. Excellent customer service, very laid back and friendly. Value for the money spent. Convenient hours. The app and keyless entry are super easy from your car.

We rented a drive up unit for 2 years. Climate control was spot on. When we moved our items out of the unit everything was dry, in perfect condition. No signs of mice, rodents, spiders, mold or mildew. We would highly recommend using Airport Village Storage facility for any of our storage needs. The staff were always helpful and friendly and the area was well maintained and secure.

I booked a small 5x5 Airport Village Self Storage unit for my son and a friend who both attend UBCO so they didn’t have to transport all their belongings to other cities during the summer. The rental process was a breeze. The best part is that access to the unit is easily managed via an app so there is no risk of losing keys or codes. My son said the process went perfectly. I definitely recommend.

Airport Village Self Storage was such a great place to store our belongings. We had rented several units from smaller to large over the years. It's a seamless process and the security is amazing. Love the Bluetooth entry. All lockers are so clean and the staff have always gone above and beyond to help us with anything we ever needed. It's convenient location in Kelowna is so handy. Highly recommend!

I don't live in Kelowna and I used Airport Village Self Storage to store my car while I was out of the country for several months. When I returned my car was as I left it. It was nice to know it was safe and secure.

If you rent from here put your own lock on your storage locker. These people will go into your storage unit and steal from you. They also stole a month's rent from me. DO NOT TRUST!

Great facility! Easy to access and secure. Office staff is very helpful and friendly.

Update (March 2025) - we’ve moved from the facility after renting three different storage units at the airport storage, over 14 months. Carly and her co- worker (sorry forgot her name), were always friendly and helpful each time we needed something, or wanted to make a change. We moved from our home in Kelowna and needed to store our furniture and vehicles while our new house was being built at our lake property near Prince George. We were so happy with the security and ability to downsize as needed over the year - while we took numerous trips back and forth. The keyless entry and freedom to come and go worked so well for us. Thanks again - great staff - lots of flexibility- very secure location!

After calling every single storage company in Kelowna and West Kelowna to check on cost and availability, I can confidently say that they are the friendliest, most helpful and best value in town. We went with a 10x20 unit and it has been a breeze accessing our unit with the app and keyless entry. Each interaction with the staff has been great and I'm very happy with my decision to store my contents here! I have already recommended them!
