We purchased the extended warranty on a set of headphones. When they broke and we went in to warranty them, we were told by Tatiana that the item was still under warranty but they were too busy to do a store transfer so we should check out the crossiron mills store or buy them online.

I went here to find a cable for my camcorder. There were two young men working, one was helping a couple set up their new cell phones. The other was just standing there. Neither of them acknoweleged my presence. The stander took off to a back room, and I never saw him again. I wandered around the ENTIRE store alone, looking but not finding what I needed. It would have been nice to at least get a "Hi there" or something!!!!
