Doesn't listen to what customer is asking for. Sells them a high definition camera card for an older camera....it is frustrating to the customer to have confidence in the sales person at Source, Sidney & buy what they are told to buy (after giving sales person entire info on camera), bring it home & find out it is the wrong product for this camera!!! C'mon, your business is going to grow with customer service! Very disappointed!
