For a start, the staff would not answer my questions on a products warranty over the phone. Then, when I got to the store the staff avoided me, and served a Chinese couple in Chinese, even though I had been there first. Their aim was to get rid of me and my aim was to buy new headphones. I got tired of waiting and left. I won't go back anytime soon. Phil Spence

I always enjoy going to The Source in Leduc. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and if they don't have what I need tell me if they can get it in or where I can get it.
