Green Forest Art Studio have amazing teachers and an excellent program. We have seen tremendous improvement in our son over the past two years—even the grandparents are thrilled to see his artwork! Hands down best art studio in East Bay in my opinion. My kids went here when they were littles to now my 9 yr old daughter. Ms.Emma is amazing to work with and she is very flexible and understanding . My daughter’s favorite teacher Ms.Vanessa is amazing, very patient and kind. In my daughter’s words, 90 mins just fly by during her art sessions. She really enjoys them. There are various levels depending on age and interests. The environment is very nurturing, creative and encouraging.

My 11-year-old daughter started sketch classes here at the beginning of last summer, and her progress has been nothing short of incredible! She enjoyed her first 10-session package so much that we immediately signed up for another—and now we are on our third (20-session package).

We’ve seen dramatic growth in her skills and confidence. She absolutely loves her classes, and we appreciate the thoughtful feedback and encouragement from her instructor, Mr. Tomas—he is awesome!

My daughter has been taking art classes at Green Forest Studio since 2020. She enjoys going to every single class and learns a lot of drawing techniques from the teacher. The teacher is very professional and patient EMy daughter can apply what she learns from the classes to school art projects and posters etc.

My kid loves Green forest art studio. Ms Emma is very passion and has great techniques. Teachers there are very patient with kids. They encourage kids to share their thinking and help them to draw it! Their projects covers all different kinds of media. Each week's topic is posted so we can easily understand kid's work there. My daughter used to be rush to do everything. But now she can focus more on her art work and gently improve her work in a perfect way. Her drawing skills improve a lot now.

Green Forest Art Studio is a wonderful art studio in Union City. Ms. Emma and the other teachers are fantastic. Our Granddaughter was enrolled in the Summer Portfolio Camp. She learned a lot which greatly improved her art. She enjoyed it so much that at the end of each day, she did not want to leave. Kids who want to take an art class should strongly consider Green Forest Art Studio.

My daughter had her birthday party here with a small group of friends. They made a clay project of Bluey. Each one had a blast and enjoyed their time in the studio.

From start to finish, Emma was great with communication in planning. She texted over project options with paintings or clay art. My daughter chose clay and Emma sent over photos of sample projects she could choose from. My daughter asked to do a "Bluey" clay art project and I thought to ask even though I didn't see any samples in the studio. Emma asked for an image and within a few days they created one for the guests to replicate. That was appreciated as my daughter and her guests love Bluey and were so tickled to be able to make one.

We did have a hiccup on the day of the party but Emma, her studio manager and staff were able to accommodate everything without batting an eyelash! I appreciated their flexibility and ability to pivot flawlessly. The staff were so helpful with setup and always making sure everyone had what they needed. They took care of cleaning up the space, and disposing of any party remnants for us at the end of the event. Our instructor was so friendly and talented. She went around to help any of the guests who needed assistance on their project.

Emma was so friendly and thoughtful. She made sure there were personal touches and made sure each guest felt special. She checked on us frequently during the event as well.

My daughter loved it and so did her friends. I wouldn't hesitate to hold another birthday party here again.

My daughter loves art and we love Green Forest art studio. The teachers are so kind and gentle. The projects cover all different types of media. My daughter has done pastels, acrylic canvas paintings, clay, color pencils. The projects always come with a description to give us information on what they worked on. Her art skills have improved so much since she has started the class. We love it.

I started here at age 4 and have learned a lot since. There are many great teachers here that helped develop new skills. Ms Emma introduced me to art contests and they have helped me push myself to be more creative. I also love the extra workshops which teach me how to use new mediums. The teachers here push me to make my artwork the best it can be and it has helped me become the artist I am today.

We held my daughter’s 12th birthday party at Green Forest Art Studio. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The owner, Emma, is professional and great to work with. She made the booking process easy and stress free.

Our instructor, Miss Elanie, is the best! The children had an amazing time learning to create cute clay figures. Elanie is patient and kind. The children loved working with her.

I highly recommend booking your next birthday party at Green Forest Art Studio. My daughter said it was one of the best birthday parties she’s ever had.

My daughter has gone to Green Forest Art Studio every year for the last 10+ years -- from elementary school to high school. Painting is her hobby, and she loves the themed summer camps, the flexible art classes, the awesome teachers and the high quality material provided by GFAS. Over the years she has experimented with many different mediums of sketching / painting under the supervision of the knowledgeable staff, and has progressed to more nuanced and detailed paintings over time -- her paintings almost look professional now!! In addition, the conducive atmosphere helped grow her love for painting.

I highly recommend Green Forest Art Studio to anyone (kid or adult) who wants to explore their artistic side.

My kids has been going to this studio since March. But since Covid hit we have been at
Home doing zoom once a week. $340 for 10 classes supplies included.
My kids love the classes. So far the teachers has been great. Never rushing and very patience with all the kids.
We added on a Christmas clay art last week and it was so much fun!!

My daughter Emma has been going to their class for almost 2 years now. She's taken all sorts of lessons before and this is the class the she would never give up. She absolutely loves going, and even tries to go when she was sick. Teachers there are always friendly and every class you see them bring back beautifully accomplished paintings. I felt she has learned a lot while doing something she likes. Highly recommended for anyone with a child with art affiliation.
